Dandelion tea is better fried or dried directly in the sun

Dandelion is not fried, its concoction is the original herb removed from impurities, washed in water and dried through a sieve.
Dandelion is the name of traditional Chinese medicine, for the plant dandelion, alkali dandelion or several species of plants in the same genus of dried whole grass, taste bitter, sweet, cold. It belongs to the liver and stomach meridians. Its effects are diuresis and detoxification, clearing heat and removing toxins, eliminating swelling and dispersing lumps.
It is used for treating cold and fever, sore throat, lung carbuncle, mammary carbuncle (red, swollen and painful breasts with poor milk discharge, eventually forming a suppurative disease), damp-heat jaundice, clearing liver and clearing eyesight, and feverish drenching (burning and tingling obvious during urination, accompanied by frequent urination and urgency, and discomfort from traction in the lower abdomen).
The adverse reactions and contraindications of Dandelion are not known. Excessive dosage can lead to slow diarrhea.
The concoction of dandelion is to take the original herbs, remove impurities and wash, dry after draining, cut into sections, dry and sieve; this product is not fried, and frying will affect its efficacy of clearing heat and removing toxins.
