X-rays of the lumbar spine can see if there is any true slippage of the lumbar spine, that is, slippage caused by isthmic discontinuity of the lumbar spine, because the lumbar spine is in a relatively unstable state when there is isthmic discontinuity. There are also CT and MRI of the lumbar spine. CT and MRI can clarify the degree of herniation of the lumbar disc, which can determine the direction of orthopedic treatment, and also the risk of orthopedic treatment.
