Damage to intra-abdominal organs depends mainly on what type of impact, or which direction the exogenous impact comes from. The most easily damaged organs in the abdominal cavity are: 1. spleen; 2. pancreas. The spleen itself has greater brittleness and is located relatively outside the left quarter rib area. Therefore, when there is an external impact, such as when a driver has a car accident, the spleen should be checked for trauma and rupture. The pancreas is a gland, a larger digestive gland, so the gland is lax, brittle and soft. However, the pancreas is located relatively far back, so it is not easily damaged, but an injury to the pancreas can stimulate a fairly serious full abdominal infection as well as a pancreatic fistula. The digestive enzymes of the pancreas break down its own normal tissues, so it is often life-threatening and requires prompt treatment.
