Back pain all the time

Always back pain may be related to the following reasons: 1. It may be caused by muscle spasm in the back. This condition is often seen when the patient has some bad posture, resulting in a group of muscles in the back in a state of chronic tension, followed by spasms of muscle strips, then there will be long-term back pain. 2, there may be fasciitis of the muscles of the low back. This type of disease is often due to the patient having had trauma or prolonged exposure to cold, which in turn leads to a sterile inflammation of the deep fascia here. The main symptom is chronic back pain and tightness and stiffness of the back. 3, there may be a disorder of the relative relationship of the small joints of the spine. This condition is often seen in patients with prolonged sitting and standing with their heads down, which leads to misalignment of a small joint in the thoracic spine, resulting in chronic back pain. 4. This condition may also be caused by old injuries. If the patient has had old cuts, fractures, dislocations, soft tissue contusions and other injuries in the back, there may be a legacy of long-term back pain. 5. This condition may also be caused by osteoporosis.
