Liver cysts can be treated with Hematopoietic Pills, but Hematopoietic Pills cannot cure liver cysts. Hematopoietic Pill has the effect of moving qi to relieve pain (relieving pain by regulating the body’s qi) and activating blood to eliminate blood stasis. It is used for headache caused by qi stagnation and blood stasis (blood stagnation due to lack of qi flow), prolonged headache, pain in a fixed place, pain like pins and needles, palpitation (rapid heartbeat, often accompanied by panic), insomnia, chest pain, internal heat and boredom, and impatience and irritability. People with liver cysts can take this product if the above indications are present. Adverse reactions to this product include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal distension, abdominal pain, rash, flushing, and itching. The drug is contraindicated in pregnant women, those who are allergic to the components of the product. However, liver cysts are caused by heredity, development, parasitic infection and other factors, and the treatment is mainly surgery, or anti-parasite, antibiotics for co-infected people. Hematopoietic Blood Stasis Dispelling Soup cannot cure this disease. For patients with liver cysts, if the cysts are small, for example, less than 5 cm in diameter, and there are no clinically relevant symptoms, the ultrasound examination can be repeated once a year; if the cysts are bigger, it is appropriate to repeat the examination once every half a year to one year, and if necessary, surgical treatment may also be required.
