What’s going on with the abundant blood flow signal in the thyroid gland?

Abundant blood flow signals are seen in the thyroid gland, mainly due to an abundance of blood flow in the thyroid gland due to some disease. This condition is mainly seen in patients with hyperthyroidism, Graves’ disease, where floridism is typically seen on ultrasound and also suggests an overly rich blood supply in the thyroid gland. In patients with thyroiditis during the hyperthyroid phase, a transient enrichment of blood flow can also be seen. This situation needs to be combined with the results of the thyroid function to determine what period the patient is currently in. If the ultrasound only sees an abundance of blood flow signals, but the thyroid function of FT3, FT4, and TSH are within the normal range, this situation does not require any treatment, and regular review can be done.
