If during the ultrasound, it suggests that the endometrium in the uterine cavity has a partial echo without a blood flow signal, it represents the presence of abnormal tissue in the uterine cavity such as polyps or fibroids. Normal endometrium should be suggestive of a thickness, and the echo is uniform, there is no abnormal echo. If the lining of the uterus is suggestive of strong echoes and there is no blood flow signal, this indicates that the lining of the uterus has abnormal echoes. It is usually considered that endometrial polyps or submucosal fibroids may be present. If the patient has had a recent history of abortion, it is also important to consider the presence of an incomplete medical or abortion, which requires further treatment. If the endometrium is strongly echogenic on ultrasound, it is up to the doctor to decide on the next step in the examination and treatment based on the history and clinical symptoms.
