Lots of freckles on the face

Freckles have a family aggregation phenomenon and are related to heredity. It is first seen in children around five years old, more in females than males, and is severe in spring and summer, but relieved in autumn and winter. Freckles should not be exposed to the sun, and the color of the spots will deepen after exposure to the sun. Freckles are mainly found on the bridge of the nose and the skin of the cheekbones. You can brush your face with salicylic acid or fruit acid, and apply hydroquinone cream twice a day, or take high-dose vitamin C and tranexamic acid tablets orally. It can also be treated with laser or photorejuvenation. Freckles can be relieved after a period of treatment, but cannot be eradicated.
