Treatment of mycosis fungoides

Mycosis vaginalis is a type of vulvovaginal pseudomycosis, which is a recurring disease and can be difficult to treat. The first thing to do is to remove the cause, 1. If you have diabetes, give active treatment; 2. Stop using broad-spectrum antibiotics, estrogen and corticosteroids; 3. Change your underwear regularly and wash your used underwear, basin and towels with boiling water. Treatment can be local or systemic medication, to extend the duration of medication than the initial case. The use of antifungal drugs is divided into initial treatment and maintenance treatment. Initial treatment local medication should be extended to 7-14 days, for example, clotrimazole suppository 500 mg local initial treatment after maintenance treatment, once a week for 6 months; if the initial oral fluconazole 150 mg, then the fourth day, the seventh day each additional, and then once a week for 6 months; if you choose other azole drugs to intermittent medication. During the treatment period, the efficacy and side effects of the drug should be closely monitored and discontinued as soon as they occur. Sexual partners do not need to do routine treatment, and those who have symptoms should be examined and treated to prevent repeated infection in women.
