Etiology of “abnormal lipid metabolism” Abnormal lipid metabolism, i.e. abnormal blood lipid content, includes: total cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL cholesterol, or very low density lipoprotein cholesterol, Apo B ↑; HDL cholesterol, Apo A ↓ are considered as risk factors.
