How to calculate the female ovulation period

Knowing that you are most likely to get pregnant during ovulation, how should you calculate ovulation? Here are 2 methods. 1.Basal body temperature changes in women have cyclical changes, and after ovulation, the basal body temperature will increase. Therefore, women who are ready to get pregnant can measure their body temperature every day and record it, and observe which days their body temperature has increased after a month. Ovulation usually occurs in the process of rising from low to high before the rise of the basal body temperature, and often the temperature rises 0.3-0.5℃ after ovulation, which is called biphasic temperature. 2, period time projection The method of period projection is to count down 14 days or subtract 14 days from the first day of the next menstrual period to the day of ovulation, and the day of ovulation and its 5 days before and 4 days after are called the ovulation period. This calculation requires that you know the length of your menstrual cycle and that you have a normal or regular menstrual cycle.
