Leakage of urine upon exercise may be due to stress urinary incontinence, which may be related to pregnancy, estrogen deficiency, hysterectomy and other factors. 1. Pregnancy: During pregnancy, the enlarged uterus will push up the bladder, resulting in increased mobility of the bladder neck and excessive pulling on the bladder neck and the tissues around the urethra, which can induce stress incontinence, thus causing urinary leakage. 2. Estrogen deficiency: When estrogen is excessively deficient in a woman’s body, it may cause the pelvic floor support structure to relax, the urethral mucosa to atrophy as well as decrease in the closing force, and decrease in the ability to control urine, which will cause stress urinary incontinence. 3. Hysterectomy: Hysterectomy may cause destruction of the pelvic floor structure and loss of support due to the absence of the uterus, leading to stress urinary incontinence. A movement on the leakage of urine, may also be caused by the prostate surgery, or other causes of incontinence, it is recommended to consult a doctor for a detailed examination, after diagnosis for targeted treatment.
