There is no clear existence of three itches in the early stage of pancreatic cancer. Patients with early stage pancreatic cancer cannot enter the duodenum from the bile duct due to bile duct obstruction, which causes obstruction of bilirubin excretion and causes elevation of bilirubin and bile salts in blood, corresponding increase of bilirubin in urine, and increase and accumulation of bile salts can occur in plasma and in body tissues, which stimulates the nerve endings under the skin and causes itching. The itching is usually cyclical, occurs mainly at night, and may affect the quality of sleep. However, there is individual variability and some patients may not have itching, so there are no specific three itchy sites for pancreatic cancer, nor can we determine pancreatic cancer on the basis of itchy skin. Usually, if patients have upper abdominal discomfort, wasting, fever, gastrointestinal symptoms, combined complications, etc., they need to be alert to the fact that it may be a precursor of early pancreatic cancer: 1. Upper abdominal discomfort: If patients have pain and discomfort in the middle and upper abdomen and left quarter rib area, the specific nature of pain is dull pain, pressure pain, and the scope can affect the front chest, back, right scapula, etc., it is considered that it may be a signal of early pancreatic cancer. Signal, it is suggested that patients should go to the hospital in time to clarify the cause of the disease; 2. Wasting: Patients with early stage pancreatic cancer have less bile secretion, which leads to the decrease of digestion and absorption function and lower appetite. Therefore, the patient will usually show symptoms of wasting within a short period of time; 3. Fever: During the development of the disease, the patient may show symptoms of fever, which is mainly caused by local infection in the biliary tract; 4. 5. Combined complications: if patients have small intestine malabsorption syndrome or sudden aggravation of diabetes mellitus, they should be alerted to the early symptoms of pancreatic cancer and should seek medical attention in time. In addition, when patients have the above mentioned symptoms, they need to be alert to the possibility of pancreatic cancer, but the symptoms alone cannot be judged accurately, in order to avoid causing delay, patients still need to go to the hospital in time. Usually, patients should perfect ultrasound, CT, MRI, puncture and blood tests to clarify whether it is pancreatic cancer by professional doctors and take targeted treatment.
