  In the current epidemic, if the patient’s body temperature slightly exceeds 37.3°C and there is no other discomfort, there is no need to panic too much, just observe at home, if the body temperature gradually normalizes, it means that the body is slowly improving.  However, if there is fever accompanied by any of the following three conditions, it is recommended to go to the hospital in a timely manner and observation at home is not recommended: 1, people who have a history of living in Wuhan, a history of travel or have been in close contact with patients with confirmed novel coronavirus pneumonia; 2, people who have obvious chest tightness, dry cough, weakness, or even difficulty in breathing; 3, patients with fever accompanied by hypertension, heart disease and other basic diseases of the heart, brain, liver and kidney, especially Elderly people over 65 years old.
