Medication: For symptoms such as acid reflux and heartburn caused by chronic superficial gastritis, you can take Pantoprazole and other drugs to inhibit the secretion of gastric acid; nausea and vomiting and other symptoms, you can take Domperidone and other drugs to promote gastrointestinal motility, and if there is Helicobacter pylori infection, you need to take the classic four antimicrobial drugs such as Omeprazole, Bismuth potassium citrate, Clarithromycin and Metronidazole to treat the disease.
Patients with chronic superficial gastritis are not recommended to use medication on their own, it is recommended to go to the hospital for further C13 or C14 breath test, drug sensitivity test and other programs, under the guidance of the doctor to use medication.
