Awareness of psoriasis

  How did psoriasis come about?
Countless people struggle with this question. There are so many unlucky people, why is it just me? I can’t think of a good explanation other than destiny. Why do 10,000 people buy lottery tickets and only one person wins the prize? This is the probability, you ask the winner, what is his trick? He doesn’t know either.
The current medical community has a clearer perception that multiple genetic defects, combined with acquired predisposing factors, lead to the onset of the disease. Some people may ask, why do I have it when neither of my parents have it? ok, repeat that statement again, psoriasis is caused by multiple genetic defects. Don’t forget that you are the result of the combined efforts of your father and your mother. The mathematical formula is (1+1)÷2.
Both parents have genetic defects, but their respective defects are not enough to cause the onset of the disease, because it is a multi-gene genetic disease, and you just may have inherited the defects of both of them, which is equivalent to your collection of seven Dragon Balls. Quantitative change causes qualitative change.
Even if you have all the defects, you may not develop the disease. There is also a triggering factor here. The equivalent of you have a seed, but the seed will not necessarily germinate. It also needs sunlight air water temperature. The pathogenesis of psoriasis may be much more complicated than this. The triggering factors summarized are, cold, infection, emotion, trauma, immune deficiency, environmental discomfort, drug triggering, etc.
  Which gene is defective?
I am not the only one who can’t say, but the medical experts can’t say either. At present, only a number of related genes have been found, and not completely found. It is equivalent to having only some of the suspects, there are still other suspects have not been found. Like genes ah, chromosomes ah too much, not very good to find out. And these genes affect each other, a affects b, b affects c, c affects d, d affects f. It will take time to figure out the pattern between them. We can only wait slowly.
  Can psoriasis be cured?
There are many, many kinds of treatment methods for psoriasis. The general idea is to change the course of things at different stages. Metaphors also have to be used.
For example, if we have the equivalent of an apple with psoriasis, what are the ways to keep this apple from growing out or just make this apple grow weak?
There are actually many different methods, such as blocking watering, blocking fertilization, blocking pollination, blocking photosynthesis…
Different therapies are interference at different pathogenic levels. The existing conventional treatments mostly interfere at the backward stage. When there are powerful means later on maybe it will be possible to change the properties of the apple tree and make it a fruitless apple tree. This is still a very distant future.
This is just a common metaphor, and you should not believe that the old miracle doctor can get rid of this apple tree.
To cure or not to cure?
This depends on your mood, and how well you tolerate this disease. If the impact of the disease on you is within your tolerance, then it can not be treated.
The tolerability of the disease varies greatly from person to person. The degree of tolerance varies with age and living environment. The fresh and cute little girls have a very low tolerance for it and almost don’t allow it to have a little presence in their bodies.
I’m sure many people are like me. The disease is pressing on, and I’m taking one step backwards. Most of the time, I find a balance between it and me. When it closes in on that balance point I also power through and it backs up a little more. Usually it is more bullish than me, the whole thing I have nothing to lose.
The time to retreat when you have to retreat, a step back to the sea and the sky well. After all, our means are limited, the opponent’s martial arts skills are profound and unpredictable, and to force it, it’s a very powerful counterattack.
Different people different individuals, the severity of the disease varies greatly. The reasons for this are quite complex, ranging from rebound caused by improper treatment to differences in body function. Such differences are not easy to find not easy to change. Some people have a mild condition throughout their lives, while others have a severe condition. For example, I look better than you, why? There is no reason, it’s just the way it is, you can’t grow like me no matter how hard you try.
Some people have very mild conditions, and you should not be complacent, it is because you are more fortunate. Most people in the world are more fortunate than you, because they are unlikely to suffer from psoriasis in their lifetime. Some people are very sick and have to look away, you are the unlucky one chosen by God.
How do you choose to treat psoriasis?
The principle of psoriasis treatment is to not take it internally if you can use it externally. I have divided topical drugs into two categories, hormonal and non-hormonal. The mechanism of treatment is similar, they all stop the cell proliferation and mitosis from the skin level.
The use of hormonal creams has a major drawback. It is that improper use may lead to severe rebound aggravation, which requires attention in terms of the dosage used and the way to stop the medication. Some people have an innate fear of hormones, which is not necessary. Hormones have saved countless lives in clinical practice.
Hormone injections should not be used as a last resort. When do hormone injections need to be used? It is almost life-threatening or loss of ability to take care of yourself, and you must be lying in the hospital…
What you need to be wary of is that some so-called folk doctors, prescriptions and recipes. You will be secretly given an excessive amount of excess hormones. This time is more dangerous, or that do not use drugs of unknown composition.
In vivo administration includes taking and injecting. In addition to hormones there are immunosuppressants and biologics that can play a significant role.
The immune capacity of psoriasis patients is not low, but disordered. The T-cells in the immune cells attack (or interfere with) the skin cells in a nerve-like manner, and the function of immunosuppressants is to reduce the activity of the T-cells. The function of immunosuppressants is to reduce the level of T-cell activity and thus achieve therapeutic purposes. Improper use of immunosuppressants can also be very dangerous. A more typical drug is methotrexate, which is effective and cheap. Many miracle doctors use it to act as a secret formula, seeking fast and effective results, thus victimizing patients.
Because of the specific targeting, biologics are a bit more bullish in comparison. If immunosuppressant is a large kill, biologics is a small annihilation, minimizing the indiscriminate killing of innocent people and thus reducing side effects. The price of biologics is still relatively high.
In addition there are physical therapy. For example, ultraviolet light and hydrotherapy.
People found that sunlight has a certain therapeutic effect on psoriasis, and after research, they learned that it is the specific wavelength of ultraviolet light in sunlight that plays the role, so clever human beings made specific lamps, which only produce this wavelength of ultraviolet light, which is more pure than sunlight, stronger illumination, more effective and safer than sunlight.
Hydrotherapy is the use of a variety of water, such as tap water spa seawater, the body immersed in water. Let every cell of the skin gurgle and drink water. Also some specific ingredients in the water have healing properties.
Psoriasis is a chronic disease with recurrent attacks. Even without any interventions, the disease can go from mild to severe and back again. And no single approach is effective for everyone. As for relapse, it depends on the individual’s constitution, and even with treatments that seem to us to be very inappropriate (such as hormone injections) there are people who do not relapse for many years.
Regardless of the drug delivery method, when the drug acts on your body, it must be the active ingredient inside.
From the molecular level, no matter what the Chinese medicine or Western medicine or Northern medicine is the same thing, it is certain chemical elements that are at work. Which chemical element is it exactly? There are known ones and unknown ones.
Every plant is a chemical factory, and plants use air inorganic salts and sunlight to produce chemicals. Because of the diversity of plants, it is not possible to say which chemical in which plant has a therapeutic effect.
But don’t think that herbal medicine is safe, on the contrary, due to its unknown nature, its safety is also put a big question mark.
  Why can’t doctors cure psoriasis?
I think some people have some particularly strange worldviews.
They believe that it is the lack of medical effort that creates the suffering of patients. Objectively speaking, the medical advances of the last two or three hundred years have been dramatic and breathtaking. But medicine will always be a subject of confrontation with God. In the foreseeable future, it is impossible for mankind to defeat God. So please understand that “human beings cannot do anything”, that life contains more mysteries than a galaxy, and that we know only a little bit about the human body.
There are also people who say that if the leader if the richest man in the world suffers from a certain disease can be cured, this is also complete nonsense. How many people who have ruled the world have died and not because his power fame and wealth allowed him to live beyond 200 years.
There are no cars in the world that don’t need power, and it’s not because auto workers don’t work hard. There is no meal in the world that you will never be hungry again, not because the cook did not work hard. Likewise there is no medical science in the world that makes you healthy forever and live forever.
