How to Relieve Constipation Fast

Constipation can be relieved through the use of laxatives such as corkscrew, lactulose, clean enemas, and surgery, and should not be pursued for quick relief.
1. The use of laxatives: through the stimulation of intestinal secretion and reduce absorption, increase the osmotic pressure in the intestinal lumen and play the role of diarrhea. Constipation can be relieved quickly through the use of lubricating laxatives such as corkscrew; salt laxatives such as magnesium sulfate; and osmotic laxatives such as mannitol and lactulose.
2. Clean enema: For fecal impaction, clean enema can be used. Use 0.1-0.2% soapy water or clean water 500-1000ml through the anus into the colon to help patients relieve constipation.
3. Surgery: If you meet the history of more than three years, at least three months of standardized internal medicine treatment is ineffective, there are three or more outlet obstruction type constipation specific symptoms and other surgical indications, such as feasible surgical treatment such as total colectomy or subtotal colectomy.
