There are no clear clinical indications for the three locations of pain that will appear in the early stage of lung cancer. Usually, patients with lung cancer may not experience pain in early stage, and usually have symptoms such as cough and difficulty in breathing. If the pain is aggravated or not relieved, the lesion may have involved the pleura or chest wall. 2. Sore throat: Early stage lung cancer patients may have sore throat, which is mainly related to frequent irritating dry coughing and pain caused by mucous membrane damage in the throat. Cough is one of the typical manifestations of early stage lung cancer patients and is usually the first symptom of lung cancer; 3. Lower limb joint pain: If early stage lung cancer cells secrete growth hormone, it may lead to pulmonary hypertrophic osteoarthropathy in both lower limb joints, which is manifested as symmetrical swelling and pain in knee or ankle joint. If the primary disease is treated, the joint pain can be relieved. In addition, as lung cancer progresses, it may also cause pain in the back of shoulder, abdomen, arm and other parts of the body, often caused by tumor invasion of surrounding tissues, so the pain sites are different. Because of the great individual differences among patients and different patients have different influencing factors such as age, physique, environment and habits, the symptoms that may appear in early stage of lung cancer should also vary from person to person. In addition to physical pain, early manifestations of lung cancer may include shortness of breath, blood in sputum, fever and other symptoms, and some patients may have no symptomatic manifestations. Therefore, patients should undergo regular physical examination and go to hospital for examination and active treatment under the guidance of doctors if they feel unwell in order to avoid delaying the disease.
