Vaginal bleeding and abdominal pain after sexual intercourse may be caused by the following clinical reasons: first, vaginal inflammation, cervical inflammation or pelvic inflammation. Secondly, it is caused by local lesions of the cervix. If it is early stage of cervical cancer, vaginal bleeding will occur during intercourse, and it is recommended to do cervical cancer screening to exclude the possibility of high-risk HPV infection and cervical epithelial lesions. Third, if there is pain and bleeding in the abdomen after intercourse, it may also be due to endometriosis. In clinical practice, routine blood tests, gynecological examinations and ultrasound examinations are needed to understand whether there are organic lesions and to provide targeted treatment according to the results.
