What’s wrong with chest and back pain?

Chest and back pain may be caused by muscle strain, cardiovascular system diseases, digestive system diseases, spinal disorders and other reasons.

3. Digestive system diseases: for example, cholecystitis with gallstones, when biliary colic occurs, in addition to the pain in the upper abdomen and lower chest, there will also be obvious radiating back pain.
4. Spinal diseases: Thoracolumbar spine lesions such as thoracolumbar spine tuberculosis, tuberculosis lesions invade the spine and nerve roots, which can lead to pain in the corresponding spinal cord planes, resulting in pain in the chest and back.
