Among them, Chai Hu can harmonize the exterior and interior of the body and relieve the liver and depression. Fenghuang can dispel wind and relieve epidemics, win away dampness and relieve pain (to get rid of pain caused by excessive dampness). Fructus schisandrae chinensis can astringe the lungs (astringent and consolidating), and benefit qi and promote the production of fluid (promoting the production of fluid by replenishing qi). Wu Mei can astringe the lungs (astringing lung qi) and generate fluids. Glycyrrhiza glabra is used to harmonize the herbs (harmonize the medicinal properties of different herbs).
