Try to avoid stimulating, hot and excitatory food, such as cold drinks, spicy food, beef, mutton, dog meat, coffee, chocolate, Sprite, cola and functional drinks such as Red Bull, scream, etc.  3, the computer, television can not watch more, with light-hearted content, can not watch thriller, horror, exciting and thrilling film and television works, do not play computer games and mobile games.  4, avoid cold stimulation, do not take cold showers, some children should avoid swimming.  5, maintain good habits, reduce cold and flu, if there is a cold and other discomfort timely diagnosis and treatment.  6. Pay attention to the safety of children with severe tics to prevent collisions, bruises and self-injurious behavior.
