Why anti-inflammatory before tooth extraction

The reason for anti-inflammatory before tooth extraction is to prevent possible bacterial infections in the mouth during the extraction procedure.
Antibiotics are generally recommended half an hour or two hours before the procedure to prevent infection. If anti-inflammatory preparations are made prior to the extraction, the concentration of antibiotics in the blood will be maintained during the procedure and the chances of postoperative infections will be greatly reduced during the procedure.
If a bacterial infection occurs during the extraction, a periodontal abscess may develop. After the extraction, the root of the tooth will be damaged, and some inflammatory bacteria will enter the blood circulation with the broken blood vessels, forming a transient bacteremia.
Patients should go to a regular hospital for tooth extraction surgery, if other physical discomfort occurs after tooth extraction, should promptly seek medical help, do not take medication.
