1.For those who are feverish or have persistent fever, the cause should be identified and it is appropriate to wait for the body temperature to return to normal before vaccination. 2.Allergic body, such as asthma, serum disease, allergic urticaria and allergy to penicillin, sulfonamide, formalin and other drugs are prohibited for immunization with hepatitis B vaccine. 3.Newborns born abnormally, such as low birth weight, premature birth, caesarean section, etc.; very physiological period, such as pregnancy, menstruation, lactation, etc., are prone to coupling events due to their own physical condition, so it is better to postpone hepatitis B vaccination. 4.For hepatitis B virus carriers and hepatitis B patients, it is not necessary to receive hepatitis B vaccine, which has no preventive and therapeutic effect. 5.For patients who are now suffering from acute or chronic serious diseases (active hepatitis, active tuberculosis, kidney disease, serious heart disease, etc.) or whose recovery is less than two weeks, it is recommended that hepatitis B vaccination be temporarily withheld. 6. Patients with neurological diseases, severe rickets, severe malnutrition, congenital immunodeficiency and those who are applying immunosuppressants should not receive hepatitis B vaccination. 7. Hepatitis B vaccine should preferably not be used simultaneously with measles vaccine.
