What are the elements of contraceptive safety measures

Contraceptive safety measures mainly include instrumental contraception, medication contraception, intrauterine device contraception, and subcutaneous implantation contraception. Tool contraception mainly refers to the use of condoms for women or men during sexual intercourse. The pill includes short-acting oral contraceptive pills and long-acting contraceptive pills. Due to the different content of progesterone, short-acting oral contraceptive pills need to be taken for 21-28 days per menstrual cycle, while long-acting contraceptive pills are only taken once per menstrual cycle. The former prevents embryo implantation by causing a sterile reaction in the endometrium with a foreign body, while the latter prevents embryo implantation by inhibiting the peristaltic movement of the fallopian tubes with progestin, which prevents embryo implantation and prevents pregnancy. Subcutaneous implantation is similar to the IUD, except that a contraceptive ring with progestin is placed under the skin of the forearm. In addition, there are other contraceptive methods, such as safe period contraception and in vitro ejaculation, but the failure rate is high.
