Cardia polyps are mainly atypical growths that occur at the cardia, and these growths are often due to local mucosal irritation, repeatedly not relieved and lead to the occurrence of mucosal augmentation. This is basically a manifestation that originates from the mucosal muscle layer and rarely from the submucosal layer, cardia polyps are benign symptoms. Most of the basic clinical symptoms are only discomfort in the upper abdomen, most of this discomfort is relatively large polyps, in more than 2cm to show, early cardia polyps are not any feeling. Therefore, for pancreatic polyps below 1 cm, it is recommended to give endoscopic minimally invasive treatment, that is, EMR or ESD resection treatment, which can play a role in solving pancreatic polyps and preventing the recurrence of polyps, which is currently a recommended treatment option in China. For cardia polyps, if repeated endoscopic treatment does not provide relief or there are multiple polyps, it is still recommended to give follow-up observation.
