Reference values for leukocyte sorting count

During routine blood tests, the classification and count of white blood cells can be checked. Leukocytes include neutrophils, eosinophils, basophils, lymphocytes and monocytes, and neutrophils are subdivided into rod-shaped nuclei and lobulated nuclei. The absolute value of neutrophil rod-shaped nuclei is (0.04-0.5)x10^9/L, accounting for 0%-5% of total leukocytes. The absolute value of neutrophil lobulated nuclei is (2-7)x10^9/L, accounting for 50%-70% of total leukocytes. Absolute eosinophils (0.05-0.5)x10^9/L, 0.5%-5% of total leukocytes. Absolute values of basophils (0-0.1)x10^9/L, accounting for 0%-1% of total leukocytes. Absolute value of lymphocytes (0.8-4)x10^9/L, accounting for 20%-40% of total leukocytes. Absolute value of monocytes (0.12-0.8)x10^9/L, 3%-8% of total leukocytes.
