The danger of not being able to get to the Ground Machine Point

Clinically, there is no such thing as the Di Ji acupoint being impassable. The Di Ji point has the effects of warming the middle and dispersing cold (dispersing cold evils with medicines that warm the spleen and stomach), consolidating semen and stopping ejaculation (consolidating semen and preventing spermatorrhea), and regulating menstruation and stopping leucorrhoea (regulating menstruation and decreasing the abnormally increased leucorrhoea). Di Ji point, belonging to the Foot Tai Yin Spleen meridian. It is located on the inner side of the lower leg, 3 inches below the Yinlingquan, at the posterior margin of the medial edge of the tibia. It is used for treating dysmenorrhea, metrorrhagia (excessive or dribbling menstruation), irregular menstruation, abdominal pain, diarrhea, hernia, dysuria (unruly urination), and edema. Modern applications include stomach cramps, loss of appetite, irregular menstruation, leucorrhea, dysmenorrhea, functional uterine bleeding, lumbago, spermatorrhea, and lack of semen. Note that if needling of the Di Ji point is required, it needs to be done by a specialized doctor.
