The main pharmacological effects are analgesia and improvement of peripheral blood circulation, modulation of the vegetative nerves, antagonism of metabolic reactions, and a certain degree of sedation. It is not recommended for use in children who have no experience with the drug and needs to be used with caution in elderly patients.
