White discharge inside the stomach may be caused by two reasons: First, it may be a purulent infection of the stomach. The most common reason is that the stomach is seldom cleaned inside, which leads to bacteria breeding in the deep and invading the soft tissues inside the stomach, resulting in a purulent infection. In addition to white, purulent discharge, there is usually redness, swelling, heat and pain in the skin around the tummy, and the temperature of the skin will rise.
