Immunotherapy for liver cancer includes immunomodulators, immunosuppressants, cellular immunotherapy, tumor vaccine. 1. Immunomodulators: such as interferon, thymofaxine, thymopeptide, and so on. 2. Immunosuppressants: including PD1 blockers, PD-L1, CTLA4 blockers. 3. Cellular immunotherapy: such as cytokine-induced killer cells, i.e. CIK. 4. Tumor vaccine: such as dendritic cell vaccine. Hepatocellular carcinoma immunotherapy is usually used to treat advanced hepatocellular carcinoma or palliative treatment for hepatocellular carcinoma that cannot be surgically resected, and it can have a certain degree of inhibition on tumor progression. Due to individual differences, patients’ physical condition and disease progress are not the same, so the effect of immunotherapy varies to a certain extent, and the drugs should be applied under the guidance of doctors.
