Use Gui Chi San with caution if the spleen and stomach are weak.
2. Longdian Diarrhea Liver Tang: Dampness-heat is embedded in the liver and gallbladder, leading to the failure of the function of the liver and gallbladder, resulting in distension and pain in the chest and ribs, bitterness in the mouth, and yellowing of the urine, etc. The treatment should be based on clearing dampness-heat in the liver and gallbladder, and Longdian Diarrhea Liver Tang should be chosen for this purpose.
Note that this formula should not be used in cases of deficiency of spleen and stomach (spleen and stomach weak and cold) and deficiency of yin and hyperactivity of yang (deficiency of yin fluid and hyperactivity of yang qi).
