  The patient’s anastomosis had not completely healed within one week after surgery and could not eat. The surgeon usually places a very thin and specially designed nutrition tube through the nose to the jejunum for postoperative nutrition delivery. Generally, nasal nutrition solution is given three to four days after surgery, mainly mixed with milk, vegetable juice, fruit juice, rice soup, etc. The amount of infusion can be increased from 500 ml on the first day to 4-5 drips, and then to 1000-1500 ml per day according to the patient’s tolerance. The temperature at the time of dripping is appropriate to approximate the body temperature; nasal nutrition solution should try to meet the requirements of containing protein, fat, carbohydrates, vitamins, salt and water in appropriate proportions.
