Is endometrial cancer stage lllc advanced?

Endometrial cancer is a group of epithelial malignant tumors occurring in the endometrium, and is prevalent in perimenopausal and postmenopausal women. Stage IIIC endometrial cancer means that the tumor cells have developed extra-uterine metastasis, involving the pelvis and/or para-abdominal aortic lymph, but not beyond the true pelvis. At this point, it is already advanced endometrial cancer. The preferred treatment for patients with stage IIIC endometrial cancer is total adnexectomy, combined with pelvic and abdominal lymph node dissection, and postoperative adjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy for combined treatment, and regular follow-up under the guidance of specialists is required, with an overall recurrence rate of about 60%. Patients with endometrial cancer IIIC need to go to regular hospitals in time, follow the specialist’s diagnosis and treatment advice, and actively cooperate with the treatment, in order to control the extent of the tumor, improve the life treatment, and prolong the survival time.
