The presence of high-grade lesions in the cervical epithelium is more serious if it is determined on examination. Because high-grade lesions indicate that the diseased tissue has deepened, if not actively intervened, after 2-3 years may be transformed into cervical cancer, so it must cause high attention. It is recommended that in this case, between 3-7 days after menstruation and without intercourse, you can go to the hospital to check the leukorrhea routine, blood routine, coagulation time, electrocardiogram. If the examination is normal, you can do conical excision of the cervix, which is mainly to remove the diseased tissue and then grow new tissue, and clinically achieve the purpose of healing. In addition, the resected tissue must be sent to the pathology laboratory: 1) to determine the specific degree of lesions through pathological examination; 2) to understand whether the lesions have been cut clean through pathological examination. If the tissue has been cut cleanly, it is recommended that regular postoperative examinations be conducted.
