It is possible for early melanoma patients to live for 10 years if they are actively treated. Melanoma is a cancer with high malignancy, at present, the main clinical treatment means are surgery, radiotherapy, targeting, immunity, etc. If patients can be diagnosed early and given standardized radical surgery treatment in time, some patients can achieve clinical cure, and it is very possible for patients to survive for 10 years or longer after cure. If melanoma is found when the patient’s stage is late, radical surgery can not be taken, often choose targeted, immune, radiotherapy and other therapeutic means to control melanoma, the cure rate of these patients is relatively low, and most of the patients have a relatively short survival time, rarely more than 3 years, and some of them only have a few months. It is suggested that patients should be actively treated after diagnosis to avoid delay.
