Positive Hepatitis B 1 and 3 tests usually indicate that the patient is infected with the Hepatitis B virus. Hepatitis B 1 and 3 are usually positive for Hepatitis B Surface Antigen and Hepatitis B E Antigen, both of which indicate that the patient has been recently infected with the Hepatitis B virus and is contagious. Hepatitis B 1 and Hepatitis B 3 positives often mean that the patient’s body is actively replicating the Hepatitis B virus and the patient is highly contagious. The condition can be determined by liver function tests, as well as by quantitative measurement of the hepatitis B virus. If the examination finds abnormal liver function and high viral replication, it is recommended that the patient consult a doctor in time and actively receive antiviral treatment, and after treatment, hepatitis B patients need to undergo regular review.
