What is acute urticarial vasculitis

Urticarial vasculitis is a type of vasculitis. The rash usually appears as a bright red rash or edematous erythema during acute attacks, which does not fade easily within 24 hours and may leave pigmented spots after fading. If antihistamines are ineffective, glucocorticoids can be used to treat the disease either orally or intramuscularly. The treatment can be done orally with methylprednisolone tablets or trenbolone tablets, or topically with dextran cream.
