A child’s perspiration may be caused by physiological factors such as high ambient temperature and overdressing, or it may be caused by nutritional vitamin D deficiency rickets, hypoglycemia, and other diseases such as hyperthyroidism.
1. Physiological factors: If the child is in a high temperature environment for a long time or give the child too much clothing, it may cause the child to sweat. This is a normal physiological phenomenon, and the symptoms will usually improve if the child is moved to a cooler environment.
2. Nutritional vitamin D deficiency rickets: Nutritional vitamin D deficiency rickets may be caused by insufficient intake of vitamin D and too little sunlight. Patients will have excessive sweating, irritability, occipital baldness, cranial softening and other manifestations. Therefore, the child suffering from nutritional vitamin D deficiency rickets will be manifested as perspiration all the time.
3. Hypoglycemia: Hypoglycemia is considered to be caused by insufficient sugar intake, insufficient sugar production, and excessive sugar consumption. Patients will have symptoms such as hunger, sweating, pallor, and abnormal sensation. If the child has hypoglycemia, he/she will have the symptom of sweating all the time.
4. Other: Children sweating all the time is also considered to be due to hyperthyroidism, tuberculosis and other diseases.
There may be other reasons for your child’s sweating, so we recommend that you go to the hospital in time for a complete examination to determine the cause of the problem, and then give targeted treatment under the guidance of the doctor.
