Drinking alcohol (ethanol) affects the absorption of vitamin B₂ in the intestinal tract; when using phenothiazines, tricyclic antidepressants, probenecid, etc., the dosage of vitamin B₂ needs to be increased; it is not advisable to combine it with metoclopramide.
