Large cell carcinoma of the lung is mainly one of the types of non-small cell lung cancer. According to histopathological classification, lung cancer is mainly divided into non-small cell lung cancer and small cell lung cancer. Large cell lung cancer is a type of non-small cell lung cancer. Large cell lung cancer is a kind of undifferentiated non-small cell lung cancer, which is relatively rare and accounts for less than 10% of lung cancers. It lacks the characteristics of small cell lung cancer, adenocarcinoma or squamous carcinoma in terms of cytology, histology and immune manifestations. Only surgically resected specimens are used to diagnose large cell carcinoma, not small biopsies and cytologic specimens. Immunohistochemistry and mucus staining for squamous epithelioid and adenoid differentiation markers were negative. Lung large cell carcinoma metastasizes late and has a better chance of surgical resection. If the patient suffers from lung large cell carcinoma, through the relevant disease examination, under the guidance of the clinician active treatment.
