In the early stage of pancreatic achalasia, there are no symptoms, but with the gradual progress of the disease, dysphagia, food reflux, retrosternal pain and other symptoms may appear.
1. Dysphagia: This is the most common and prominent symptom in patients with pancreatic achalasia. In the early stage, it manifests as mild or severe, but in the late stage, it will be persistent.
2. Food reflux: It usually occurs after eating or eating, and the reflux material is mostly stomach contents.
3. Poststernal pain: generally manifested as boring pain, stabbing pain, but can also be similar to angina pectoris.
