Contraindications for interventional treatment of tubal obstruction

1, hydrocele in the fallopian tube. 2, The distal part of the pot belly and the umbilical end of the blockage are not suitable for guidewire recanalization (tubal angioplasty is feasible), because it is not easy to reach the part of the guidewire; forcible recanalization is easy to cause perforation of the fallopian tube; the guidewire penetrating the umbilical end may damage the ovary and cause hemorrhage. 3. Severe occlusion of the uterine horn, obstruction after tubal anastomosis recanalization, and tuberculous tubal obstruction are also not suitable for guidewire recanalization, because such obstruction is usually accompanied by peritubal adhesions or stiff tubal walls, which are poorly compliant and cannot be changed accordingly with the guidewire, and perforation is very likely to occur; tuberculous cases also have the risk of tuberculosis dissemination. 4.Serious internal diseases, active tuberculosis. 5, acute genital inflammation. 6, fever, menstrual period.
