Nevus is pigmented mole, its removal methods include surgical treatment, physical therapy and so on. 1. Surgical excision: generally no treatment is needed, if it hinders the aesthetics, it can be surgically excised. Pigmented nevus in shoulder, armpit, groin, palmoplantar, waist circumference and other parts of the body are easy to be rubbed, and should be paid more attention to, especially the damage with diameter ≥1.5cm, uneven color and irregular edges should be more closely observed. Once the rash is found to be enlarged, partially elevated or broken and bleeding, it should be removed in time. 2. Physical therapy: such as electrocautery, laser can be applied. Cryotherapy and corrosive drugs such as glacial acetic acid often cannot completely eliminate nevus cells, and should not be abused so as not to stimulate the nevus cells, and even have the danger of worsening. Patients with pigmented nevus should go to the hospital in time, and standardize the treatment under the doctor’s guidance.
