How to relieve calf pain for days after cramps

Calf pain for days after a cramp may be caused by physiological factors such as lactic acid buildup and exposure to cold, or it may be due to pathologic factors such as persistent spasms and calcium deficiency. Relief modalities include physical therapy and medication assistance.
1.
