What’s with the strong heartbeat?

A strong heartbeat generally refers to a strong heart beat, which may be related to physiological factors, cardiac neurosis, hyperthyroidism and other conditions.
1. Physiological factors: If the heart beats vigorously without any other abnormal reaction, and it occurs during sleep or calmness, and all the indexes are normal in the examination, it is considered as a normal physiological phenomenon.
2. Cardiac neurosis: patients may experience symptoms such as rapid heartbeat and precordial fluttering, especially after excessive stress and anxiety and strenuous exercise. It may also be accompanied by dyspnea, insomnia, loss of appetite, cold hands and feet, and constipation.
3. Hyperthyroidism: related to the excessive secretion of thyroid hormones, patients will experience a series of symptoms such as strong heartbeat, panic, rapid heart rate, and hand tremor.
If physiological factors are excluded, it is recommended to go to the hospital for further systematic examination to clarify the cause of the disease and systematic treatment.
