For early treatment of cerebral infarction, thrombolytic therapy is preferred, and the earlier the better within 3-6 hours of onset, the better, and intravenous rtPA thrombolysis is the best treatment option. In the case of acute infarction of large vessels, if it is not completely opened within one hour after thrombolysis, bridging treatment plan can also be used. Bridging refers to the use of interventional methods, in which a guidewire is used to enter the guidewire from the artery at the root of the thigh to pull the thrombus of cerebral infarction out of the body by extraction. If the early stage of acute cerebral infarction exceeds the time window of thrombolysis, that is, more than six hours after the onset of the disease, even if the blockage is in a large blood vessel, it can be treated directly by interventional embolization, that is, without the step of thrombolysis, it can be treated directly by interventional embolization surgery, which is called early treatment.
