Rehabilitation for superior gluteal cutaneous nerve entrapment

Gluteal Epithelial Nerve Entrapment is a pain syndrome in the lower back, buttocks and legs caused by compression of the gluteal epithelial nerve due to strain injury, trauma and other reasons. It can be exercised through five-point support training, swallow-flying training, bending training, leg pressure training and so on.
1. Five-point support: lie on your back and lift your hips with your feet, elbows and head as the fulcrum.
2. Swallow fly training; the patient is in prone position, head, both upper limbs, lower limbs as far back as possible, abdominal contact with the bed or cushion area as small as possible, in the shape of a flying swallow.
3. Leg press exercise: on the basis of warm-up preparations such as jogging, brisk walking, etc., deep squatting leg press or upright leg press action, pulling the rear gluteal muscles.
4. Bending exercise: take a cross-legged sitting position, so that the upper body bent forward or to the opposite side of the waist, pulling the gluteal muscles.
Exercise is difficult to play a completely cured role, it is recommended that patients consult a doctor in a timely manner, actively cooperate with the treatment, such as drug therapy, physical therapy, surgical treatment, etc., under the guidance of the doctor to exercise, so as not to exercise in an inappropriate way caused by the aggravation of the condition.
