Early Symptoms of Thyroid Cancer

Most of the early symptoms of thyroid cancer patients are not obvious, and the most common manifestations are painless thyroid nodules or enlargement, etc. Some patients may have symptoms of compression of peripheral tissues, such as respiratory difficulties. 1. Painless thyroid nodules: the nodules are irregular in shape, with unclear boundaries, and may be adhered to the surrounding tissues. They are usually found during ultrasound examination. 2. Enlarged thyroid gland: the lump will increase in size with the progress of the disease, and may move up and down with swallowing movement in the early stage. 3. Difficulty in breathing and other peripheral tissue compression symptoms: for example, when compressing the trachea, difficulty in breathing or continuous wheezing may occur. Early symptoms of thyroid cancer are not specific. Regular physical examination should be done to achieve early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment. Diagnosed patients should take reasonable treatment plan under the guidance of doctors according to the specific conditions of the disease.
