The life expectancy of patients with low-grade uroepithelial carcinoma of bladder cannot be generalized, and the specific survival time is related to the size, infiltration depth, stage and number of tumors, etc. Some studies claim that the 2-year survival rate is 100%, but it varies from person to person. Bladder cancer is the fourth most common malignant tumor among men and the eighth most common malignant tumor among women. Clinical manifestations include intermittent painless hematuria, urinary tract irritation and urinary difficulty, and in the late stage, infiltration around the pelvic floor and distant metastasis may occur, which will lead to corresponding clinical symptoms. Its prognosis is related to the tumor stage, pathological type, pathological grade, patient’s age, patient’s physical condition, treatment and so on. Clinically, 5-year survival rate and 2-year survival rate are generally used to evaluate the life expectancy of tumor patients. According to a domestic study, the 2-year tumor-specific survival rate of endoscopically treated patients with urothelial carcinoma of the upper urinary tract was 78.6%, and the survival rate was correlated with the pathological grade, with 50.0% for high-grade patients and 100.0% for low-grade patients. If bladder tumor is suspected or diagnosed, it is recommended to go to regular hospitals for comprehensive assessment of the condition, follow the doctor’s instructions to cooperate with the treatment, and choose the appropriate treatment plan to avoid delaying the condition.
